One Of A Kind Gallery was founded by Terri and Carlos Gould in 1999. Both of us have an extensive background in art and retail. Terri was co-owner of Out Of Hand in Scottsdale, Arizona which opened in 1995. Carlos studied fine arts in his native Germany. 
After moving to South Carolina we opened One Of A Kind in the Mount Pleasant Towne Centre. In 2001 we relocated the gallery to Church Street nearby the downtown market area. In January of 2008 we moved to our new location on North Market Street and Church Street. We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to relocate to this great corner location. Both our repeat and new customers love the new store and comment on the amazing variety of art and crafts we display.
